I recommend Patience for individual or group breath coaching!  As a Registered Nurse, I've come to understand the importance of proper breathing. However, prior to Patience, I'd only thought about breathing exercises as a means to relax, deal with stress, pain, and enhance oxygen circulation (primarily with laboring women or post surgery). I didn't even consider it could help me recover from a neck injury.

Last year, I was in a car accident and had to go through several months of chiropractic treatment. Since the completion of my therapy, I still battle with neck stiffness, reduced range of motion and discomfort, especially while working on my computer.

Her breathing exercises feel so good! I experience immediate release and relief.

Following Patience's recommendations has helped me complete my responsibilities with fewer painful interruptions. I am ability to release the muscles in my neck and decompress the tension on cervical spine.
